Meet the Jens Construction Team

Jens' president Dave Jones has been with the organization since1989. Dave has 30-plus years of experience in health & elder care, high-tech industrial, and manufacturing construction projects. Dave is a registered engineer in Wisconsin. He is also a past president of the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee and remains active in that organization.
Tom Krause, vice president, joined Jens in 1994 after eight years with a national design/build developer. With more than 30 years of experience, Tom concentrates his efforts on renovation and new construction projects in the post-secondary education, industrial, and manufacturing arenas. Tom is a registered engineer in Wisconsin. His structural engineering background is beneficial in pre-construction planning and design/build projects.
Project manager Alan Peschl joined the Jens team in 2002 after seven years in the utility line construction industry. Alan's strong project management capabilities in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management is an asset to Jens construction and the clients he works with. Alan is a degreed engineer in structural engineering and building construction.
Wes Nosek became a member of the Jens Construction team in early 2008 as a project manager. Wes's 15-plus years of experience includes office, industrial, religious, educational and elder care construction projects. Wes has a B. S. degree in Building Construction Management.
Field coordinator Bob Heiser has been a member of the Jens' team since 1985. With more than 30 years in commercial construction, Bob's extensive knowledge of the construction process coupled with his ability to provide excellent coordination between the owner, architect, contractor, and subcontractors helps to quickly and efficiently resolve difficulties without compromising the owner's best interests.

In addition to the above, we employ a highly skilled field staff of superintendents, foreman, carpenters, cement masons and laborers that perform all related work to on-site supervision, concrete, rough and finish carpentry, metal studs and drywall, acoustical ceilings and site safety.
