Serigraphs Auto Graphics Printing Facility is used for the high-tech printing of automotive instrument panel components.   The corporate headquarters office area comprises 36,000 square feet of high-level finished space, with the exterior presenting an architectural precast concrete facade.   This project totaled 166,000 square feet and included all site development of a 10-acre rural site.

Jens designed and constructed this 12,000 square foot prairie style office facility.  Features include a wood framed structure, generous use of windows and brick veneer/wood siding finish.   Interior of office space has a high level of finish including exceptional woodwork.






GROUP HEALTH COOPERATIVE
8202 Excelsior Drive, Madison, WI

This project consisted of a new 36,000 square foot medical office building, complete with 26 exam rooms for clinic use as well as 12,000 square feet of administrative office space.  Accented by both brick and glass, it is nestled into a four acre landscaped site and includes parking for 250 vehicles.




KRONES, INC.
9600 S. 58th Street, Franklin, WI

  This firm is a leader in the high-speed labeling industry.   In 1972 we constructed an initial 26,000 square foot office and assembly plant, and since have added on to the facility 16 times.   The facility now totals approximately 290,000 square feet, and is constructed of a masonry bearing structure with steel frame.  The corporate office building within the structure is 80,000 square feet in area.





AMITY LEATHER PRODUCTS DESIGN CENTER
725 Third Avenue, West Bend, WI

This two-story high-end office building housed all design activities and prototype manufacturing and presentation spaces for this Owner.   The lower level area was finished by Jens as a corporate fitness center.





MEQUON CITY HALL
11333 N. Cedarburg Road, Mequon, WI

The 16,000 square foot design/build addition for expanding administrative functions and City operations was constructed adjacent to the existing City Hall, which is on the Historic Landmark Register.   Material selection and construction were tied in with the original building to maintain historic status.   This project was awarded to Jens Construction based upon a design/build competition by evaluation of project costs and design as it related to the existing building.



SWAN ROAD ASSOCIATES
4878 N. Swan Road, Milwaukee, WI

New 10,000 square foot single-story multi-tenant office building.   Tenant areas Jens constructed include a credit union, dental suite, and accountants offices

A. L. SCHUTZMAN CO.
9050 W. Heather Avenue, Milwaukee, WI
This new 53,000 square foot facility was constructed for A. L. Schutzman’s roasting and processing operations of edible nuts and snack products.   A precast wall panel system was utilized in the processing area, and the 10,000 square foot high-end office area is set apart by its decorative brick veneer.

N26 W23314 Paul Road, Pewaukee, WI

This 32,000 square foot multi-tenant building is constructed of architectural precast concrete panels with storefront glass.   Jens constructed this project on a design/build, turnkey basis, and completed all tenant finish work.





AB CASH REGISTER
10601 W. Oklahoma Avenue, Greenfield, WI

Jens constructed this 2-story steel frame, masonry veneer structure totaling 10,000 square feet.  Due to site conditions, all exterior paving was reinforced concrete.
