| This firm is a leader in the high-speed labeling industry. In 1972 we constructed an initial 26,000 square foot office and assembly plant, and since have added on to the facility 16 times. The facility now totals approximately 290,000 square feet, and is constructed of a masonry bearing structure with steel frame. In addition to the new building construction, Jens has performed all renovations, machine tool foundations, and other miscellaneous work for this long-term client. |

The project at Chr. HANSEN New Berlin facility included the complete renovation of a 100,000 square foot former tire distribution center to a manufacturing plant for food enzymes and additives. Included was the complete renovation of the existing office portion of the facility, and a new façade for the structure. Numerous additional projects have been constructed at this clients West Allis facility as well. |

LEADER PAPER PRODUCTS 935 S. 5th Street, Milwaukee, WI This 58,000 square foot plant and corporate office expansion in the Milwaukee Walkers Point area involved construction of a 28 clear height facility adjoining Leaders existing plant in an area formerly occupied by a variety of 100-year-old structures. This project included an 8,000 square foot underground parking structure, 15,000 square foot of corporate office space and 35,000 square foot of high bay storage/plant area, as well as modification of adjoining manufacturing plant areas. |
| BEECHWOOD DISTRIBUTORS 5350 S. Emmer Drive, New Berlin, WI Jens Construction designed and constructed this 105,000 square foot distribution facility, which includes a 50,000 square foot refrigerated warehouse, enclosed truck dock, and adjoining office facility. Entire project was designed, approved, permitted and constructed in ten months. |

A.L. SCHUTZMAN CO. 9050 W. Heather Avenue, Milwaukee, WI This 53,000 square foot facility was constructed for A. L. Schutzmans roasting and processing operations of edible nuts and snack products. A precast wall panel system was utilized in the processing area, and the 10,000 square foot high-end office area is set apart by its decorative brick veneer. |
