Jens' president Dave Jones joined the firm as a Project Manager in 1989 after five years in management with a national construction firm, and was named President in 1993. Dave's 20+ years of experience centers primarily on health & elder care, high-tech industrial, and manufacturing construction projects. Dave is a registered engineer in Wisconsin.  He is also serving as the President of the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee.
	Tom Krause became a member of the Jens team in 1994 after eight years with a national design/build developer. With over 20 years of experience, Tom concentrates his efforts on renovation and new construction projects in the Post-Secondary Education, industrial, and manufacturing arenas. He was named Vice President in 1996. Tom is a registered engineer in Wisconsin.
	Project Manager Alan Peschl joined the Jen's team in 2002 after seven years in the utility line industry. Alan is responsible for creating project budgets and schedules, subcontractor management, and coordinating field activities on various educational and commercial projects.  Alan is a degreed engineer in structural engineering and building construction.

Field Coordinator Bob Heiser has been a proud member of the Jens' team since 1985. With over 25 years in commercial construction, Bob's extensive knowledge of the construction process coupled with his ability to provide excellent coordination between the Owner, Architect, Contractor, and Subcontractors helps to quickly and efficiently resolve difficulties without compromising the Owner's best interests.

In addition to the above, we employ a highly skilled field staff comprised of superintendents, foremen, carpenters, cement masons, and laborers that perform all work related to on-site supervision, concrete, rough and finish carpentry, and site safety
